HR – Performance Evaluator Staff
About the role
HR – Performance Evaluator Staff, under the Human Resource Management and Development department, reporting to the HR Supervisor. The role administers, monitors, and documents the employee performance-evaluation process to ensure fair, consistent, and objective assessment. It supports management by identifying performance gaps, recommending interventions, and maintaining accurate performance records in compliance with company policies and standards. Works internally with all Head Office departments and externally with branch employees.
Responsibilities
Evaluation administration & analysis
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual performance evaluations per company standards, policies, and timelines
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyze evaluation results, ratings, and summaries for management review
- Draft, finalize, and issue assessment reports, evaluation summaries, and recommendations (regularization, extension, or corrective action)
Coordination & interventions
- Coordinate with department heads, supervisors, and managers on performance concerns, results, and recommended interventions
- Monitor performance indicators — attendance, tardiness, productivity, and behavioral compliance
- Identify performance gaps and recommend coaching, counseling, monitoring plans, or Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
Documentation & correspondence
- Prepare and issue memorandums, notices, and official correspondence on evaluations, disciplinary actions, and policy compliance
- Assist in preparing resolutions and documentation for underperformance, administrative cases, or employee-movement decisions
Records & data management
- Compile, update, and maintain accurate performance records (soft and hard copy) with confidentiality and data integrity
- Collect, sort, verify, analyze, and process performance data for accuracy and system-readiness
- Maintain manual and electronic files with proper backup; organize documents securely and accessibly
- Maintain and update performance databases, trackers, HR systems, and assigned Google Sheets
Reporting, audit & improvement
- Respond to authorized internal/external inquiries on performance records and evaluation status
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and special performance reports; keep HR portals and tools updated
- Support HR audits, management reviews, and internal investigations with complete, accurate documentation
- Assist in continuously improving evaluation tools, forms, and processes; ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Education: BS/AB Psychology, Human Resource graduate, or any relevant course
- Experience: At least 1–2 years in the same field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
